Ebenezer Aquires Kid's Kingdom in Mequon
Ebenezer Child Care Centers has aquired Kid's Kingdom Learning Center of Mequon, an open house for the new facility is scheduled for September 30.
MEQUON,Wis. -- Ebenezer Child Care Centers, a not-for-profit, Milwaukee based agency which has been providing early care and learning programs since 1968, has purchased Kid's Kingdom Learning Center, located at 10333 N. Enterprise Drive on the corner of 66th (Enterprise) and Donges Bay Road in Mequon.
The center, which has been in operation since 1994, was owned by Tom and Karen Koch-Hodgert.
According to Beverly Anderson, executive director of Ebenezer Child Care Centers, "We are extremely excited to be bringing our quality child care program to another suburb of Milwaukee."
In 2004, Ebenezer Child Care Centers opened a facility in Oak Creek. The agency also has locations in downtown Milwaukee, Milwaukee's southside, Wauwatosa's Research Park, in Greenfield's Public Elementary Schools and MPS's Lady Pitts School.
Anderson says that the center will offer quality care for children four weeks through 12 years of age Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. - 6 p.m. The center will also provide a summer program and before and after school care for school age children.
