Ebenezer Child Care Centers' Preschool Programming
(3- to 5-year-olds)
The goal of Ebenezer Child Care Centers' Preschool Program is to ensure that your child is prepared for kindergarten. We want to make this amazing time of discovery interesting and enjoyable for your child. In Ebenezer Child Care Centers' Preschool Program, children:
- Participate in small group activities, such as pegboards, puzzles, painting, coloring, cutting and writing, that encourage cooperation and coordination
- Read stories to increase their vocabulary, comprehension, letter recognition and letter sounds
- Sing songs to promote language and social development
- Engage in self-directed, yet closely supervised play to encourage exploration and creativity
- Develop large muscle skills and coordination through indoor and outdoor activities.
