Staff Relationships: A Peaceful, Productive Partnership

Quality early care and education includes a staff that works together peacefully, has healthy relationships, and has fun together.  Discussions on communication styles, dealing with conflict as a source of growth, and Ebenezer’s code of ethical conduct.  We will have fun playing games that respect similarities and differences while working towards improved staff relationships.
