The importance of dads can not be underestimated. Research has proven that kids do better socially, academically and emotionally when their fathers are actively engaged in their lives. That is why we took some time last week to let the dads who have children enrolled at Ebenezer Child Care Centers’ Mequon location know just how important they are to us.
The infant room’s teachers took pictures of the children and then framed the images writing my dad rocks on the frames — small stones where placed on the corners. The pictures were a real hit for Father’s Day! Many of the dads said they were going to put their picture up in their offices at work to remind them of their children throughout the work day.
We love our dads!
