What Parents Say About Ebenezer Child Care:
I couldn’t be happier
I truly couldn’t be happier that we chose Ebenezer. The care and love our daughter receives from Tammy and Barb (and the whole staff) is outstanding. It makes me so happy to see her having fun and smiling at her teachers every day.
— Kayla D
I’m so glad we were able to join the Ebenezer family
I also wanted to share my sincere appreciation for the Oak Creek center. Since we started in November everything, and everyone, has been wonderful. Communication is spectacular, between staffing change emails and monthly newsletters/calendars to any help needed from the office staff. It’s night and day from the center we originally started Evelyn at and I’m so glad we were able to join the Ebenezer family. Thank you!
— Amanda
The staff at Ebenezer has always been a joy to work with and has helped Spencer learn and grow into the outgoing little boy he is today…
“The staff at Ebenezer has always been a joy to work with and has helped Spencer learn and grow into the out-going little boy he is today… the curriculum at Ebenezer was well-suited to Spencer’s needs and we enjoyed the periodic performance reviews for him. The extra-curricular activities were also both intriguing and educational for him. There were times where our respective careers demanded a little extra from Marie and I and in turn Ebenezer provided the much-needed flexibility around that for us which was very much appreciated. And Spencer has made what could likely be a few life-long friendships during his time at Ebenezer which in my opinion is something quite priceless. While Spencer moves to the next chapter of his learning and growing experiences, we are all very grateful to the staff at the Ebenezer Oak Creek facility.”
— Bruce V - a former parent at Oak Creek
Ebenezer has more than met our expectations
“Our daughter is 4-years-old and has attended Ebenezer Oak Creek childcare since she was an infant. She was embraced with open arms her first day and every day since. As parents, we all wish that we would not need the services of a day care for our children but the reality is that some of us do. We are faced with the decision of finding a place that will provide the love and care our children deserve and gives us parents the peace of mind knowing that while we are away from our children, they are being loved, they are safe, and are learning to develop their social skills. Ebenezer has more than met our expectations in these areas and we feel very fortunate to have had Kaylee at Ebenezer for the past four years. She loves the friends she has made and the teachers that she has had. We cannot thank the Ebenezer staff enough for the love and care they have provided for our daughter.”
— Heather and Jon, parents from Ebenezer's Oak Creek Child Care Center
I truly believe that my daughter’s development socially, behaviorally and academically is a result of all that she had learned during her time at Ebenezer
“I just wanted to say thank you so much for the care and consideration of my child, Ava, over the last two years. When I was looking for child care, I was a bit nervous. Having a husband who travels for work and having my own busy job far from my house were two factors to consider as far as what child care center I selected for my daughter. In the end, I felt it best to find a child care center close to my work as an Elementary Principal in the Oak Creek-Franklin Joint School District. I spoke with many teachers and kept hearing about Ebenezer and how wonderful the staff was. When I toured the facility, I definitely understood why it was so highly recommended by area educators and parents.
The staff at Ebenezer is well-trained and fully committed to the health and well-being of children. I appreciate the on-going training that is provided for staff and the emphasis on lifelong learning. I truly believe that my daughter’s development socially, behaviorally and academically is a result of all that she had learned during her time at Ebenezer. I have not hesitated in recommending Ebenezer to parents at my school and colleagues, as well as friends seeking child care for their child(ren)!”
— Katie, a parent from Ebenezer's Oak Creek Child Care Center
Choosing Ebenezer to care for our first baby (and second) was an easy decision.
“Choosing Ebenezer to care for our first baby (and second) was an easy decision. We had toured many other facilities in the area and the moment we walked into the Oak Creek Center it felt ‘right’. The center was very bright and welcoming and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Fast forward 3 years later and we are still very happy with the center. The staff really enjoy what they do and care about each and every child; not just the ones in their current class. My girls are always happy when we pick them up and I never worry after I drop them off. The teachers are easy to talk and always let you know how your child is doing. We feel very comfortable that our children are safe and happy while we are away. We would recommend Ebenezer to anyone looking for childcare.
— Sarah and Roy, parents from Ebenezer's Oak Creek Child Care Center
We just love Ebenezer and we are fortunate to have found them!
“The staff at Ebenezer in Oak Creek really made my boys’ transition from one child care center to theirs very easy. They had attended the prior center for over two years and I anticipated it would be a very difficult change in their lives. The staff at Ebenezer made it practically seamless. My boys love going to Ebenezer and I can tell that they are loved and cared for in the same way the teachers’ own children are. Holly and Ann and the rest of the staff were very accommodating when I wanted to come in and tour the center and answered all the questions I had about what my boys would be doing on a daily basis, among other questions. They also provided me with all the paperwork about their center as well as the enrollment paperwork prior to our first day attending Ebenezer. This made my transition easy as well. They are great about keeping parents informed about what is going on in the classrooms and there is a parent board that has detailed lesson plans and the events in your child’s room. This makes it easier to talk to your child about what their day was like and to keep up with what they are learning. All in all, we just love Ebenezer and we are fortunate to have found them!”
— Nikki, a parent from Ebenezer's Oak Creek Child Care Center
We are lucky to call Ebenezer our children’s “home away from home.”
“As most first time parents, we were nervous on our son’s first day at Ebenezer Child Care Centers in Oak Creek. Within minutes we felt at ease, reminded that we could call and check on him whenever we needed. The staff at Ebenezer is caring, knowledgeable, and professional. We now have two children at the center and couldn’t be happier. Our son is now 2 and has a vocabulary like I’d never imagined, the curriculum is unmatched. We are lucky to call Ebenezer our children’s’home away from home.'”
— Sonda, a parent from Ebenezer's Oak Creek Child Care Center
I consider our family so very fortunate to have such a wonderful place for my daughter to spend her time while my husband and I have to work during the day
“I consider our family so very fortunate to have such a wonderful place for my daughter to spend her time while my husband and I have to work during the day. Since she was only 4 months old, my daughter has been in the care of Ebenezer Child Care in Oak Creek and throughout the past 3 years, it has been so very comforting to me each and every day to know that my child is well cared for by such a great group of teachers who are committed to guide, teach and love her along the way.”
— Lisa, a parent from Ebenezer's Oak Creek Child Care Center
Choosing a child care provider for your child is among one of the most important decisions you will make as a parent.
“Ebenezer child care not only is a clean, well maintained and secure center, but the staff is amazing! The classrooms have a nurturing and caring atmosphere while being organized and structured. The educational aspect of learning, as well as the life-long learning skills taught, are what we could of only hoped for! Ann and the rest of the staff are accommodating, understanding, and patient – they take the time to get to know your child even if your child is not part of their own classroom. The staff makes your child and yourself as the parent, feel safe and comfortable. To see your child happy and excited to go to “school” each day, to learn and build relationships, to trust and love their teachers, lets you know you made the right decision…about Ebenezer Child Care!”
